Comment: Eastbound approach to the Huey P. Long Bridge will have the right lane closed.

Comment: US 90 at the Huey P. Long Bridge Eastbound and Westbound will have the left lane closed. Alternate Traffic Routes: US 90B or I-310

LA 406 in both directions: at LA 407
roadway reduced to two lanes due to road construction work from 07:00am CST to 05:00pm CST on weekdays — until March 19
Comment: LA 406 and LA 407 intersection will have closures in both directions. LA 406 will be reduced to 2 lanes, one in each direction and LA 407 will be closed at the LA 406 intersection. The detour will be to take the LA 407 Ramp Eastbound on 406 and make a u-turn to go Westbound.

Closure - Interstate 10
Interstate 10 eastbound: at Exit 228: Lake Pontchartrain Causeway; Causeway Boulevard
entrance ramp closed due to bridge construction work daily — until November 30
Comment: I-10 Eastbound on-ramp from North Causeway closed continuously for approximately 4-5 months. Alternate Traffice Route: Traffic will exit N. Causeway onto South service road and enter I-10 east using the Bonnabel on-ramp.

Closure - US 90
US 90 in both directions: from South Galvez Street to Orleans Avenue
road closed intermittently, truck restrictions in force due to road construction work
Comment: KMTC will be switching the traffic configuration at the West bank Traffic Circle of the Huey P. Long bridge. Bridge City Avenue traffic heading east on the west side of US 90 coming from the shipyards will also be detoured to the south some to facilitate the box culvert work going through the west side of the traffic circle. Height Restriction: because of the tunnel section the height restriction is 16'-6".

Closure - Lake Pontchartrain Causeway
Lake Pontchartrain Causeway northbound: at I-10
road closed intermittently, right lane closed due to road construction work from 05:00am CST to 03:00pm CST on weekdays — until May 1
Comment: Right lane of Northbound causeway closed daily. The work site will vary between 26th St. and 22nd St. Alternate Traffic Route: For 22nd Street to Ridgelake. For Causeway - Bonnabel, Clearview, Veterans.

Comment: LA 39 will be closed to vehicular traffic excluding weekends and holidays. Alternate Traffic Route: LA 46 .

Comment: The Lapalco Blvd Bridge is closed until further notice, due to a barge strike.

Roadwork - US 90
US 90 westbound: from LA 541; River Road to LA 3152
construction traffic merging — until April 8
Comment: 18 Wheelers hauling concrete girders for the west bank westbound construction for the Huey P. Long Bridge will be crossing the wrong way on US 90 between the overpass and LA 18 ontot the new US 90 previously built up to the bridge. Time of day for these momentary crossings is unknown. Duration is 1-2 months. Police will be present.
